Some FSU students work three jobs while others stay up until 4am playing video games. How do we motivate, support, and challenge students with varying identities given that Generation Z arrived on campus with a drastically different approach to engaging with their communities? In this session, participants will discover who makes up the FSU student body, obstacles and opportunities for this new generation, and the important role confidence plays in student success. This session will provide concrete ways FSU staff and faculty can make a meaningful impact on students regardless of their role on campus.
